As someone who suffers from liver issues after years of being on medication, it is amazing being able to find holistic all natural ways to help my liver and also bring it to you guys so you can too help yourself. I will always say that any adaptogen can easily work themselves into a latte. I also really like pairing He Shou Wu with chocolate and also into any raw date type crust I might make.
