December is shortly coming to an end, the temperatures are dropping here in Colorado more and more and before we know it, January is here.
Which means one thing, new year.
Oh and tons of snow.

Oh and not just any hot beverage but the ultimate adaptogenic, gingerbread type of latte that will make you swoon. I’ve been all over the gingerbread flavoring for a few weeks now. While I would LOVE to say I’ve made gingerbread cookies, I haven’t I have made a gingerbread smoothie, and gingerbread oatmeal so the only thing missing was gingerbread latte. The kind that is perfect when you are sitting by the fire with cozy socks on. I know that everyone is on the pumpkin spice latte wagon and while I am all for pumpkin spice, I just have to say, gingerbread lattes are in and PSL is out. Sorry to all my PSL lovers.
This superfood gingerbread latte that happens to be caffeine free is perfect for mornings when you want to feel all warm and fuzzy. When you don’t wanna get out of bed. I’m telling you this beauty here is gonna not only give you the energy boost we so want but also leave you wanting more.
I love this SO much and I’m honestly a little obsessed with how delicious it is. I have my mom on this gingerbread latte kick and also my brothers girlfriend. LOL.
SUPERFOOD CAFFEINE FREE GINGERBREAD LATTE
1 cup of herbal coffee -I like to use Rasa Koffee – it is local here in Colorado
1 T of collagen peptides
1 T of vanilla ghee
1 T of blackstrap molasses
1/2 tsp of nutmeg + ground ginger
1 T of full fat coconut cream
Mix together the molasses and all the spices + adaptogens. Then pour the herbal coffee and the full fat coconut milk along with the collagen peptides. Use a brother to make it frothy or pour into your blender. I use my blender.
