5 Healthy Superfood Smoothie Recipes
Hi, my beautiful friends, happy Thursday! I don’t know about you but as soon as the temperature starts rising, I start craving smoothies like crazy. Summer is coming in at full force here in my neck of the woods or should I say dessert, so I hopped on the smoothie wagon as quickly as I could. I love smoothies because they legit come together in no time and you can add whatever you want to add to them.
I am not one for using protein powders, mainly because I don’t like the taste of many of them and also most of them make my stomach feel off for days. I prefer to stick with collagen peptides in my smoothies to add a good extra 10-20 grams of protein. Depends on the day and my activity level.
I use bananas in my smoothies, not gonna lie, I also use fruit, I do add tons of healthy fats, and keep them pretty balanced.
