I take omega’s for my heart and I am glad to know that they can help with my mood. I need to up my intake in the winter when I suffer from SADD

I’ve been seeing these everywhere and have been wanting to try them! I’m all for promoting positive mental health and increasing my omega-3 intake. I actually would be able to take these too! I’m allergic to fish so I can’t take any of the fish oil pills

I was advised by my doctor to take an omega 3 supplement since I don’t eat fish which is a good source for that. I will give this one a try and see how it goes.
