My Go with The Flow Tea Ritual & How To Create Your Own -4

Hello, hello my beauties!

Happy Thursday! I am so excited to share with you all a bit more on how I’ve been managing all the constant change that has been happening and taking a more go with the flow approach to life.

For those following along on my Instagram stories this will come to no surprise to anyone, but for everyone else, here it goes: my name is Andrea and I am a hardcore creature of habit, who at the moment is getting a hard lesson on going with the flow and embracing change.

I don’t know about you but I like routine. I like planning out my week and days and having a schedule. It brings a sense of calm to my chaotic, always on the go mind.

The planner that lives within me finds it hard to adapt to this, the seeker of growth looks at this as a learning experience.

Rituals are a big part of my wellness routine and they sadly have taken a backseat the last few weeks.  My schedule has been very much on the fly and constantly changing. While this does light a euphoric high it also opens a door to anxious and overwhelming thoughts.

I knew I needed to find a common ground between change and routine, and my new go with the flow tea ritual is just that.

It would be an understatement to say that I love tea. I drink more tea than any other beverage combined. Mint, chamomile, green tea, and hibiscus are some of my regulars, this post is about my new obsession TeaWell™.

I discovered TeaWell™ at my local Sprouts a few weeks ago and have been hooked since. I love their wholesome approach to wellness, and how they incorporate different herbs and botanicals that support mind and body.

For the past two weeks, I’ve been enjoying Matcha Green and the Lemon Chamomile daily to support my mental vitality, immune system and overall well being.

I love it because I can honestly take this tea ritual with me anywhere, whether I am at home reading a book or journaling or I’m at the dealership getting an oil change. If you can get your hands on some hot water, and cup, you are good to go.

I always have a mug in my car, truth story so incase I happen to be at the dealership getting an oil change at seven in the morning, I can still take my tea ritual with me and journal on the go.

There is something comforting in enjoy a cup of warm tea and really soaking in those 5-10 minutes for just you.

I keep the Matcha Green for day time use as it does contain caffeine and use the Lemon Chamomile as a buffer in between to mellow out the caffeine intake.

I love that they add dandelion root to aid with digestion and panax ginseng to ward of mental fatigue and revitalize the mind. The addition of elderberry has been perfect with the constant weather change in Colorado lending support to my immune system.

What I love most about my new go with the flow tea ritual with TeaWell™ is that I don’t need much and that I can literally take it with me anywhere. Last week I drove up to Silverthorn, a mountain town here in Colorado about two hours away from Denver for an afternoon meeting.

The meeting ran late and I didn’t make it back until way into the wee hours of the night. I loved that I had my TeaWell™ Lemon Chamomile tea with me and was able to take a moment for myself before driving back to Denver.

I love being able to incorporate TeaWell™  to my daily wellness routine as a way to regroup.

I invite you all to join me in this new go with the flow type of ritual and share with me below your favorite TeaWell™.
