Pumpkin Turmeric Chia Pudding Ft. Golde Turmeric

Happy Friday my lovelies! Today I’ve got a super simple, sinfully good fall recipe for you guys, best part you won’t believe how easy it comes together! This post is sponsored by Golde Turmeric. Thank you for making these post on Follow Our Passion possible!

The other day I went out for walk in the afternoon and it smelled like fall. I mean I know the first day a fall was a couple weeks ago but here in abq. it’s still felt like summer time. Before I knew the crisp fall air was surrounding me and I felt like I was at peace. Whenever the temperature drops, I feel these ease come over me.

It’s almost the same ease I get when I cuddle up on the couch with a golden milk latte and a good book, or on my bed with a golden milk latte and Netflix on the background.

I’ve decided to merge my two loves

fall + turmeric lattes

If you’ve been with me for a while you know I totally dig Golde Turmeric. It makes my life SO much easier when making golden milk lattes or a golden milk smoothie. It already has the turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and powered coconut milk. I even took some with me on my trip to NY a few weeks back.

Pumpkin Turmeric Chia Pudding Ft. Golde Turmeric

Golde Turmeric has become a HUGE staple for me.

These pumpkin turmeric chia pudding have become my go to breakfast for a couple weeks now. I cut a small pumpkin in half, roast it skin side up with seeds and everything in the oven until the sweet pumpkin aroma hits the air. Then I let it cool slightly before carefully removing the seeds and then scooping out the orange flesh.

The chia pudding is mega simple, a little bit of pumpkin pie spice, some Golde Turmeric, a can of coconut milk, water and chia seeds, and your set.  Mix it all up in bowl add some of the pumpkin and you have yourself something sinfully delicious.

It means I can totally spend my morning with a chia pudding cup in hand along with a book. OH and when the temperature drops enough, with my fireplace on.

Not gonna lie, I love having these as a mid night snack. I plop on toppings and call it a night.

Your taste buds will adore you when you take your first spoonful. Trust me, you’re gonna wanna it every day!
