What we eat is a major part of our outer beauty.

Just like you need the right amount of magical sleep, how you fill your kitchen, pantry and plate really do affect how you look and feel. While you probably already know that stuffing ourselves with fried ice cream, drive through burgers are not our best friends with glowing skin and beautiful shiny hair. Incorporating beauty foods that are full of nutrients really does make a difference. Not only with our outer appearance, it also boosts up your energy, helps with your digestion and makes you feel tons better.

Next time you’re at your favorite grocery store, fill up your cart or basket with these superfoods so you can eat yourself pretty.

PAPAYA: This tropical fruit contains a digestion enzyme called papain that breaks down fiber which can eventually create gas if not properly digested. Full of vitamin C, it is great for bright, glowing skin. Papaya also has tons of vitamin A which is a great for bone growth, our immune system, and skin health. Not only that papain removes the redness in our skin that is an aftermath of inflammation.

Coconut Butter: If you wanna eat your way to beautiful locks, make yourself some coconut butter. It is created from raw coconut, it is the mega secret weapon to creating and keeping healthy, happy and radiant locks. I myself LOVEEE the coconut butter that Pearl Butter has, not only is Kati rocking the coconut butter game, she adds tons of other magical potions and superfoods in. SCOREEEE!

Dark chocolate: As if you girl here needs another reason to eat her way through all the yummy dark chocolate in the world. Raw cacao powder is full of anti-aging antioxidants. Perfect for your skin. Not only does it make you feel food and remember whatever makes you feel great is gonna have you looking your best.

HNINA RAW CHOCOLATES

Chai Seeds: Okay full of fiber, protein, lots of omega-3s, these little gems are perfect for your skin and hair.

Almonds: Rich in vitamin E, which is the key to skin health, they are also full of fiber and protein and healthy fats. The great remedy for your skin. PLUS their manganese and selenium are great for keeping your hair shiny af.

Avocado: I think we should call avocado the green beauty food. You can use them in face mask, on your hair, in your food and basically the perfect vehicle to make yourself look your best.

Seaweed: Not only is seaweed great for your mood and hormones this superfood here is also the perfect sea veggie for your skin. Go ahead and get yourself more sushi, make some miso soup or just eat them by the handful. I know I do!
