We are back with What I’m Loving Lately Fridays..! I know, I haven’t done one in a while and I have tons to share.

I started What I’m Loving Lately cause I actually had a friend who told me she loved hearing about all the random stuff I was trying lately.

if you bugs follow along on my Instagram these last few weeks, then you know I have gotten into a major crystal club. I use them during my yoga practice, during my holistic good morning routine. Crystals are known to remove negative energy, bring in positive.

My aunt and uncle actually gave me my first little collection a few months ago after I went through something a little traumatic as way to help me feel safe again. I keep black quartz around my apartment to protect the aura of my little oasis and in the corners of my bedroom for purifying my room and keep away anything negative.

Matcha Latte-Follow Our Passion

Okay, you bugs know I’m a creature of habit and also one that loves her coffee but I actually gave up coffee around April and now I am full on the matcha bubble. I’ve been sipping on matcha everyday for the last few months. I use hot, not boiling water as the base, collagen peptides from my babes at Vital Protein, Uaji Matcha + Root & Bones ashwagandha and coconut butter.

I switch up the adaptogens I use depending on my day, sometimes I use chaga, rhodiola, ashwagandha, reishi or tocos. Sometimes I add a little raw honey, depending on my mood.

I literally dump everything into my Blendtec until it is super frothy and creamy.

+ Chocolate supplements

YES..! This is real. No, I am not kidding. I literally discovered these sensational chocolate supplements a couple weeks ago and I am obsessed. You bugs know how much I love me some chocolate. Truly Supplements is killing the chocolate supplement game.

I really like the Melatonin one, its diary free, vegan, gluten free and organic. The collagen ones are pos really great, as are the probiotic ones.

  1. A chocolate supplement? Now you’re talking! That sounds amazing. I need to check that out for sure! As for a Matcha Latte… I am not sure I could violate my coffee in that way 😉

  2. Oh my gosh, someone gave me a strawberry matcha the other day (it’s caffiene free) and it was so amazing! I wish I could try true matcha, I love love your picture of yours

  3. I never have gotten much into crystals, but I have a few friends who are and swear by them! I have been wanting to try matcha, I still have never actually tried it but I hear such great things! I know my friend drank so much of it when she was in Japan recently.

  4. Oh wow that is a lot of stuff to put in your matcha. I always just do matcha latte. I like them hot or cold.

  5. I love a good matcha latte. It’s hard to find one that doesn’t taste like powder because some places don’t blend them up to well. Making the latte at home is probably the best option.

    1. i so agree, i’ve realized that the secret is using hot water when mixing the matcha. works perfect for iced matcha too.

  6. Chocolate supplements sound SO good! Especially the melatonin one, as you mention – I use meatonin a lot, and also love a little sweet before bed. Talk about combining two good things in one!

  8. I’ve been dying to try matcha lately. All of my friends drink it and say they love it and that it’s so good for you. I haven’t braved it yet but I need to!

  9. Chocolate supplements. I think this would seriously help me out. I get migraines if I don’t watch and make sure I have enough caffeine/sugar. This would be great to try out for myself.

  10. You got me intrigued with those crystals. I have read about their healing properties and their ability to zap out the negative energy. I will check on this soon.

  11. I also eat all my fruits from a blender 🙂 this way I get to eat even those that I don’t like but they have so many vitamins.
